TYPES OF COURSES

Online Courses: these are semester courses online. Some people may choose to take these courses on location in biblical lands.

Hybrid Courses: online learning and seminars on location in the biblical lands

On-Location Courses: intensive seminars offered on location

Directed Study Courses: individualized directed study and research offered in the biblical lands with personal and online oversight.

 

Participants in any of the BLESS courses or seminars pay the normal tuition fees per credit hour. Participants in seminars pay additional travel expenses. Persons serving in a mission or service assignment may qualify for the Samuel Grant through the John Coffman Center at Eastern Mennonite Seminary for full-tuition for an online course or seminar.

To be considered for the Samuel Grant, applicants must be serving with a mission or service agency and be accepted for part-time study at Eastern Mennonite Seminary. More information and an online application for the Samuel Grant is available at www.emu.edu/seminary/samuelgrant.
